Ty Worthington started Pinnacle Event Rentals in 2019 with a clear-eyed conviction: Manitoba events deserved better. Better equipment. Better follow-through. A single vendor who could handle the whole picture rather than stitching together three different rental companies and hoping for the best.

He built Pinnacle as a sister company to Limitless Events — already embedded in Manitoba's festival and event scene — and moved fast. In 2020, he made three strategic acquisitions: a local tent rental company, a portable restroom business, and a décor operation. In a single year, Pinnacle went from a startup to one of the most complete event rental operations in western Manitoba.

The results speak: a record 2025 summer season — 110+ tent installations across 47 Manitoba communities, followed immediately by the opening of a second location in Winnipeg. Ty's leadership style is direct. He'd rather under-promise and over-deliver than oversell and scramble.

Shonah Rathwell

If Ty sets the vision, Shonah Rathwell makes it happen. As General Manager, she runs the day-to-day of one of Manitoba's fastest-growing event businesses — coordinating logistics for hundreds of events a year, managing a multi-city team, and ensuring every client experience measures up to the Pinnacle standard.

Shonah's enthusiasm for seamless event installation isn't a talking point — it's visible in the precision of every contract, every timeline, every delivery. She leads with the kind of calm that only comes from having seen (and solved) every way an event can go sideways, and knowing exactly what to do when it does.

Under her coordination, Pinnacle expanded from a Brandon-only operation into a two-city team managing clients from the Riding Mountain foothills to downtown Winnipeg, with field crews logging 175,000+ km a year without dropping the ball.

After a record-breaking 2025 summer — 110+ tent installations, 47 communities, one team — the next step was clear. Pinnacle opened its Winnipeg location at 15 Bury Street Unit D, expanding our reach across the province and putting our full inventory closer to the clients who need it.

The Winnipeg location is fully stocked with everything our Brandon operation carries, plus expanded lounge and luxury furniture inventory: sofas, loveseats, bar setups, and high-end event accessories that bring a whole new level to corporate and wedding events in the city.

We hosted an open house to show off the new space — and the response told us everything we needed to know. Winnipeg was ready for Pinnacle.

Pinnacle is founded

Ty Worthington launches Pinnacle as a sister company to Limitless Events, targeting fairs, festivals, and large-scale Manitoba events.

2020

Three acquisitions

Pinnacle acquires a local tent rental company, a portable restroom business (VIP Portable), and a décor company — becoming a one-stop event infrastructure provider.

2025

Winnipeg opens

After a record summer season — 110+ tents, 47 communities — Pinnacle opens its second location at 15 Bury Street, Winnipeg.
